Credentials we verify as standard

Every candidate that reaches your shortlist has the below verified. Nothing on this list is optional. Nothing on this list gets postponed. Nothing on this list is left for you to check yourself.

  • State real estate license. Currency confirmed with the state real estate commission of every state on the resume. Disciplinary record checked. License-type confirmed (salesperson, associate broker, broker, or principal broker as applicable to the seat).
  • NAR and state Realtors association standing. Membership currency, dues status, and any code-of-ethics record checked.
  • MLS access status. Current MLS memberships across every board the candidate has been active in, plus any suspended or lapsed memberships flagged.
  • Professional designations. GRI, ABR, SRS, CRB, CRS, e-PRO, CCIM, CIPS, SIOR, CPM, ARM, and comparable credentials all verified with the awarding body directly.
  • Transaction history. Two-to-three year rolling transaction record read for buyer-side versus listing-side split, price-band consistency, days-on-market patterns, and referral-share reality. Reference call with prior sponsoring broker as standard.
  • Sponsorship transfer readiness. Timeline to complete state real estate commission sponsorship transfer from current brokerage, non-compete or non-solicit review, and inherited-book portability assessed candidly before shortlist.

Where the specialties overlap

Real estate careers do not run in neat lanes. A luxury residential producer often carries a small multifamily book from their high-net-worth clients. A managing broker who came up through commercial retail may still be personally producing on the residential side. A new-construction on-site sales agent may hold the associate broker qualification without ever having sat the seat.

We work the overlap the same way. The intake conversation surfaces the seat, but also the specialties the candidate will carry with them, the referral network the brokerage inherits, and the specialties the client might want to grow next as a result of the hire.
