* Quality Property Photos are taken by Bridgeman Property Management personnel. Properties are listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and syndicated to other websites out of MLS. Bridgeman Property Management does not have direct editing abilities within these external sites. Home Owner Associations may restrict the placement of For Lease signs and/or the ability to conduct an Open House. Standardized Property Flyers are used by BPM and may not be altered by property owner. Social Media Marketing will be conducted through different areas of social media to include Facebook Marketplace. Facebook Ads will be conducted at the discretion of Bridgeman Property Management. Professional Photography and 360 Virtual Tours are owned by Bridgeman Property Management and can be used for marketing purposes. Up to 70 Available Rental cards will be mailed out within a one mile radius of the property. No more than two open houses will be scheduled within the first 30 days of property being on the market.
